A founding Partner of Ballarat Lawyers, Annette Stone qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales in 2002, where she practised for 8 years as a Family Lawyer.
Annette relocated to Australia with her family in late 2010. Following Victorian requirements, she is now a practising solicitor in Victoria and the Commonwealth and continues to practice in all areas of Family Law, including Property Settlements, Parenting Issues, Family Violence, De-Facto Relationships, Binding Financial Agreements, Divorce and Child Protection.
Annette became an accredited Family Law Specialist in 2016 and can offer her clients expert advice on all aspects of Family Law.
