Jade Hateley

Jade graduated from Deakin University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws, and she previously graduated from Swinburne University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Social Science. Jade joined Ballarat Lawyers in April 2024.

Whilst completing her tertiary studies, Jade worked as a paralegal for an esteemed law firm in Ballarat. Jade later completed her graduate year at the firm and was admitted to legal practice in August 2023. Before joining Ballarat Lawyers, Jade practised exclusively in children’s law.

What sets Jade apart is her passion, dedication, and first-hand experience. Jade has been where you are and will help you make informed decisions that align with your best interests and the well-being of your loved ones. With Jade by your side, you can trust that your case will be handled with the care and attention it deserves.

Jade has focused on family law practice since 2018. Jade is keen to learn, and she is studying for her Masters of Law, specialising in family law. In her limited spare time, Jade is a board member of Ballarat Aero Club and a registered Community Partner with White Ribbon Australia.

In her professional associations, Jade is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Victorian Women Lawyers, and Women in Aviation International.
